Your new role

You will oversee the proactive management of the First Notification of Loss (FNOL) process and claims administration across various business lines. Reporting directly to the Property Damage and Strategic Claims Lead, this role involves collaboration with internal departments, including Underwriting and Accounts. The executive assumes ownership of all FNOL and claims administration aspects, with guidance from senior team members.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed, you should be APA qualified, ideally working towards CIP. You will have a minimum of two years experience in an office environment, preferably within the Insurance industry. Great communication skills and a logical, methodical, and systematic approach to work.
