Diverse role for a Qualified Accountant with strong financial reporting and analysis skills

Leading Irish organisation with a national remit require an experienced Qualified Accountant to join their Head Office finance team

Reporting to the Head of Finance, working closely with another Department Head . Acting as a finance business partner you will prepare various financial reports, to include review of internal controls/reporting processes and monitoring of project spend

Key Tasks will include:

  • Review and implementation of new processes for month-end reporting
  • Variance analysis reporting
  • Provide advice to departmental management team on commercial performance
  • Ensure projects are charged and reported correctly in the finance system.
  • Oversight of the Procurement / Accounts Payable function to ensure compliance with processes and procedures.
  • Preparation of budgets, forecasts and strategic plans
  • Managing the internal and external audit processes for the department
  • Stakeholder management

Ideally, you will be a Qualified Accountant with 3 years+ pqe, possess strong financial reporting and analysis experience, along with excellent IT and inter-personal skills

Salary €75K
