IT Operations Lead - Dublin - FTC 12–24 months- sustainable business - hybrid 2days WFO

What you'll be working on?

In your new role, you will be working as an IT Operations lead to ensure that all the vendors are appropriately managed, and the service provided is delivered with the highest level of excellence.
You will be the POC for multiple IT service providers, in charge of enforcing the SLAs and driving a culture of excellence and continuous improvement, contributing to a seamless user experience.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in your new role you will need 5–10 years’ experience in IT Operations with :
  • Vendor Management expertise - Proven ability to build and maintain strategic vendor relationships
  • Escalation handling - Skilled in managing vendor-related operational issues
  • Performance oversight - Adept at monitoring vendor performance using SLAs and KPIs
  • Service review leadership - Experienced in conducting service review meetings to enhance performance
  • Operational management - Competent in ensuring consistent uptime across multiple locations
  • Incident resolution - Proficient in identifying and addressing systemic issues
  • SIAM framework application - Capable of contributing to SIAM processes for seamless vendor integration
  • Incident lifecycle management - Effective in overseeing incident resolution and driving problem management
  • Change coordination - Experienced in approving and managing change activities
  • Service reliability improvement - Skilled in implementing initiatives to enhance reliability and adopt best practices
Desirable:
  • A degree in IT Computer Science or related areas will be an advantage.
  • ITIL certification
